Expert witness testimony has been given in many cases on topics that include: failure analysis for the purpose of proving fault or negligence, determination of cost for remedial work, calculating percentage of work complete if a project is terminated, determining fairness of pricing especially where "extras" are concerned, opinions regarding ladder safety, and determining whether conformance to project specifications were adhered to.
